Nahariya and the Northern Coast
A vibrant small city by the sea, with the train south.
Nahariya is the northern end of Israel’s railway network.

Nahariya, founded in 1935 by German Jewish refugees, is the northernmost city on Israel’s coast. A stream runs down its eucalyptus-lined main boulevard to a seafront park, promenade and beaches.
North of the center, a new neighborhood of about 1,050 homes is rising 200 m from Achziv beach, next to a coastal strip declared a national park.
